Can I change the delivery address after placing my order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible so we can update the delivery details.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking code by email so you can follow your parcel in real time.
If you prefer to track it through our website, you can do so via the menu in the top left-hand corner under “Track Your Order”, where you’ll be able to monitor your delivery.
What if I’m not at home to receive my order?
There’s absolutely no problem if you’re not at home when the delivery arrives. In that case, the courier will usually leave your parcel at the nearest depot or local pick-up point.
The courier will send us an email or message to inform us, and we will then contact you straight away with all the details so you can collect your order as soon as possible.
