RETURN POLICY
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can. If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the order must meet all of the following conditions:
The order must contain all original parts and components, and the packaging must be in the same condition as received.
The product must show only normal handling. Damage caused by careless handling is excluded.
Products where hygiene is important must be properly cleaned before the return process begins.
Any product defect must have been identified immediately upon receipt.
We reserve the right to charge customers for return shipping costs.
Returns will be processed within 7 working days. If all conditions are met, the return will be officially approved within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the products have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
If your order meets the conditions above, please follow the steps below to begin the return process:

Send an email to: suporte@claranoronha.pt with the subject line “Return Request”.
Information
Please ensure your email includes: your order number, reason for the return request, a photo of the product in case of damage, customer first and last name, and customer address.
Wait for Instructions
We will contact you and provide the correct return address. Please do not send the product back to the sender — wait until we provide the official return address.
Shipping
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to our central warehouse in Asia.
NEVER send your return to the sender — always wait for the return address provided by us.
A. CANCELLATION TERMS — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers have the right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions if the consumer is a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

As we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. Therefore, it is not possible to stop the shipping process once an order has been dispatched. Refunds are not possible after the products have been received unless the items are returned.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Isabel Lavigne) of your decision to withdraw from this contract through a clear statement (for example, by email). The withdrawal process is completed once we receive the returned products. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Orders in Transit
As our products are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occasionally occur and are beyond our control. If the products are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until the products have been delivered and then return them to us. You may still inform us in advance of your intention to cancel.
To ensure the fastest possible return process, we kindly ask that you send us proof of postage once the products have been returned.
