What are the Isabel Lavigne warranty terms?
Your Isabel Lavigne piece is covered against manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date you receive your order. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, negligence, or unsuccessful repair attempts. The warranty does not cover purchases made on online auction sites or from other unauthorised resellers.

If your order was successfully processed, you will receive your order confirmation in your inbox within a few minutes. Please always check your spam or junk folder if you haven't received anything.

Returns and Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
You may return your order within 30 days of receipt, provided the item(s) are in new condition, with no signs of use, in the original packaging and with all tags intact.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the items have been received at our warehouse, they will be inspected. If they meet the required conditions, your refund will be processed.

Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a notification. Please bear in mind that it may take up to 3 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
